1. คุณสมบัติผู้เข้ารับการตรวจ (Patient Eligibility)

- อายุ ≥ 18 ปี

- ต้องการทราบ ความเสี่ยงโรคทางพันธุกรรมเพื่อการป้องกัน
- เหมาะกับผู้ที่ต้องการวางแผนสุขภาพระยะยาว หรือ มีประวัติครอบครัวเป็นโรคทางพันธุกรรม เช่น มะเร็ง หรือโรคหัวใจ

2. การสั่งตรวจ (Ordering Requirement) การตรวจต้องมีขั้นตอนทางการแพทย์ ได้แก่

- ต้องมี แพทย์สั่งตรวจ (Physician ordered test)
- เอกสารที่ใช้
- Requisition Form
- Consent Form
- แนะนำให้มี Genetic counseling ก่อนหรือหลังการตรวจ

3. สิ่งส่งตรวจ (Specimen Requirement)

- EDTA Blood 6 ml. (กรณีไม่ส่งตรวจด้วย EDTA Blood สามารถส่งตรวจได้จาก Extracted DNA หรือน้ำลาย)

4. เกณฑ์การปฏิเสธสิ่งสิ่งงตรวจ

- สิ่งส่งตรวจที่ไม่ระบุชื่อนามสกุล หรือไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้
- เลือดที่เม็ดเลือดแดงแตก (Hemolyzed)
- เลือดที่มีการแข็งตัว (Clotted Blood)
- เลือดของผู้ที่ได้รับบริจาคไขกระดูก หรือ รับบริจาค stem cell
- เลือดของผู้ที่ได้รับเลือดมาน้อยกว่า 2 สัปดาห์ ก่อนเก็บสิ่งสิ่งตรวจ
- เลือดของคนไข้ที่เป็น Hematologic malignancy
- เลือดที่ถูกแช่แข็ง
- เลือดที่บรรจุใน tube ที่หมดอายุ
- เลือดที่บรรจุในบรรจุภัณฑ์ ที่มีความเสียหาย รั่วซึมออกมานอกบรรจุภัณฑ์

5. ระยะเวลาการรายงานผลตรวจ

- ระยะเวลารายงานผล 14 วันทำการ (ประมาณ 21 วัน)

ผลการตรวจจะช่วยให้บุคคลสามารถเข้าใจความเสี่ยงทางพันธุกรรมของตนเองได้ดีขึ้น และเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญในการวางแผน การป้องกัน การตรวจคัดกรองเพิ่มเติม และการดูแลสุขภาพในระยะยาว ร่วมกับแพทย์หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านพันธุศาสตร์ต่อไป

It is an in-depth proactive health screening at the gene level to assess the risk of developing cancers, cardiovascular diseases, and other genes—such as those related to sensitivity to anesthesia used in surgery—to enable earlier health planning and management.

1. Patient Eligibility

- Age ≥ 18 years
- Individuals without symptoms or diseases requiring genetic diagnosis
- Those who want to know their genetic disease risks for prevention purposes
- Suitable for people planning long-term health management or those with a family history of genetic diseases, such as cancer or heart disease

2. Ordering Requirements The test requires medical procedures, including:

- Must be ordered by a physician (Physician-ordered test)
- Required documents:
- Requisition Form
- Consent Form
- Genetic counseling is recommended before or after the test

3. Specimen Requirements

- EDTA Blood 6 ml (If not submitting EDTA Blood, testing can be done using Extracted DNA or saliva)

4. Specimen Rejection Criteria

- Specimens without the patient's full name or that cannot identify the individual
- Hemolyzed blood (red blood cells ruptured)
- Clotted blood
- Blood from individuals who have received a bone marrow transplant or stem cell transplant
- Blood from patients who received a blood transfusion less than 2 weeks before sample collection
- Blood from patients with hematologic malignancy
- Frozen blood
- Blood collected in expired tubes
- Blood in damaged or leaking containers

5. Turnaround Time for Results

- Results reported in 14 working days (approximately 21 calendar days)
